real food recipes

All the recipes listed here are real food recipes! They contain no ultra-processed foods, focusing on whole foods, as close to nature as possible. And many of them are Paleo and/or Whole30 compliant. A few even have notes about AIP (auto-immune protocol).

No artificial sweeteners are used, and natural ones are minimized. I usually use maple syrup or honey when sweetness is needed; sometimes stevia extract. In a few of the condiment recipes, I do use sugar, but only because the recipe really needs it, and it’s a small part of the condiment, which is also a trivial percentage of the dish.

All dishes are grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and legume-free, or include notes for substitutions.
