This documentary is an entertaining but informative explanation of why “fat is bad for you” is bad advice (and how it got started and perpetuated). I don’t agree with all the diet advice implied (and the author has modified his thoughts since this film was made), but it will give you insight into the fat vs. carbs issue, in regards to weight gain/loss.
